I have been in the educational field for over 45 plus years working from primary to secondary levels during that time as teacher and school psychologist. My Ph.D. is in clinical psychology and National Certification as a School Psychologist comes through NASP. Post doctoral work was completed through Argosy University in Counseling Psychology in Sarasota, FL. where I enhanced by skills further in psychological counseling. I am a Nationally Certified School Psychologist and Licensed Mental Health Consultant who worked in the state of Florida. I am so licensed in New Jersey where I worked in education for over 35 years. This license in New Jersey is under LPC or Licensed Professional Consultant. After leaving New Jersey I became employed in Collier County for nine years working from primary to secondary levels in many of their schools. On the secondary level I was able to conduct more counseling with students and address their psychological issues. I hold a B.A., M.A. and Ph.D. in education, psychology and clinical psychology with post graduate work in counseling and psychology at Argosy University in Sarasota, Florida 2011. I became a school psychologist at Seton Hall University in 1976. In 1979 I completed an internship at South Amboy Memorial Hospital in clinical psychology mentored under the consultant psychologist Dr. Benjamin Fabrikant then the consultant for the American Psychological Association in Washington, D.C. Specializations in this field include treatment approaches using Cognitive-Behavioral, Eclectic, Existential-Humanistic, Gestalt, Interpersonal and Person-Centered therapies. As a therapist in Atlanta, Ga, psychological assessment is also one of my major areas of interest which includes primary pre-k children to adults.
